The TGI Search team provides complete resume sourcing and screening solutions to our clients. We source through hundreds of resumes from online job boards to find the candidate right for you. Using search engines, online communities and groups, we make full use of the age of technology for our clients. That isn’t where it stops though.We have an extensive in-house database that we mine for every new assignment presented to us. Being experts in using Boolean Operators, we guarantee improved resume database search results every time. The same expertise that is used to build custom search strings for our clients based on their specific and generic job requirements. Our tenacious team will search through countless job boards, ATS’s databases and forums to increase speed and candidate interest. Finding the perfect candidate is one thing; we need to make sure that they are in fact available. This is why we identify “active candidates” from the job boards and database to provide you with their credentials. Making sure that the candidate that we find for you meets even the highest expectations.

Prequalification – (Option Two)

This option was designed with recruitment companies in mind. Ideal for small and medium-sized recruiting companies looking to partner with a market leading company in the know. We conduct the candidate vetting process on your behalf, in addition to identifying prospective applicants to suit your specifications. Our team identifies, contacts and conducts all of the pre-screening processes of potential candidates before sending them off to you. Our team will contact potential candidates via email and telephone between 8:00am through to 10:00pm. Giving you the freedom to focus your energy elsewhere. Using our customized screening questionnaire, our resourcers ask all the tough questions so that you don’t need to.

We keep in touch with your prospective candidates via email and by telephone, to determine their suitability for the job. Once we are confident that we have found the perfect candidate for you, we send you their resumes so that you can decide for yourself.
